The Winemakers Cottage is part of the Estate's original winemaking facilities. It's a charming and cosy retreat that features a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed, accessed via a staircase. Large windows offer picturesque views of the historic orchard, adding to the cottage's countryside setting. Ideal for couples seeking a base in the heart of the Rutherglen wine region, the cottage is conveniently located near cycling trails, local wineries and a five-minute drive from Main St, Rutherglen. Due to the loft and staircase access, the cottage is not suitable for children and is best suited to an agile couple.

Overlooking sun-drenched paddocks, The Pickers Cottage is an expansive home designed to comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. There are eight queen beds (all with the ability to be split into singles), and two bunk beds shared across the Cottage's six bedrooms. Each room has a connecting ensuite. At the heart of the cottage, a large dining table and living room seats 20, perfect for long lunches and relaxed afternoons. The most picturesque residence on the Mount Ophir Estate property, The Residence is a beautifully restored homestead accommodating ten guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. With a spacious country-style kitchen, elegant dining room, living room, gas fireplace and a baby grand piano, the Residence is a perfect blend of comfort and charm. A wraparound verandah offers sweeping views across the vineyard - ideal for sunset drinks or a morning coffee. With timeless interiors and a relaxed country feel, The Residence is your private haven in the heart of wine country.

Their secluded Gatehouse is ideal for families or a group of friends looking for an easy high-country getaway. Designed for entertaining in mind, this self-contained house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with space for two additional guests on a double fold-out couch.

The Lodge comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms - one with a split-bed option - and one bathroom (with an over-bath shower), it is an ideal house for a family or friends travelling together. Enjoy meals around the dining table, curl up by the fireplace or soak in the high country serenity on the spacious deck, complete with an outdoor lounge and barbeque. Thoughtfully equipped with a living room, breakfast bar and full laundry, The Lodge is your home away from home. Located on the edge of the Mount Ophir Estate with views across the property, it offers peaceful views across the grounds while being just minutes from Rutherglen's Main Street.

The extraordinary French provincial 'Tower' at Mount Ophir Estate was completed in 1903. Now, after 122 years after its construction, you can immerse yourself in a unique architectural landmark in Australian winemaking history. Upon entry on the ground floor, you'll find a dining area and kitchenette. Up the spiral staircase, the second level offers a light-filled library, sitting room and bar cart for afternoons spent drinking in the views across the property. The top floor features a queen-sized bed and marble bathroom, with French-provinical style windows that open out across the property. Due to the stair access to the upper floors, The Tower is best suited to agile couples. Children are not permitted to stay in The Tower. Limited cooking facilities, great places to eat locally.
