Rutherglen Reimagined at The Victoria Rutherglen

Rutherglen Reimagined returns to The Victoria Rutherglen as an immersive, one-night-only experience celebrating the region's diverse food and beverage producers.

This year's theme is A Journey Through Flavour. It explores the five fundamental tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami. Each is expressed through thoughtful pairings and shared moments designed to showcase the depth and character of the region.

Guests move through the hotel, discovering a progression of tastings and curated bites created through collaborations between local winemakers, producers, distillers and Head Chef Brendan Anderson. Each space offers something different, with unexpected pairings and layered flavour experiences.

As the evening unfolds, live music from Minnie and The Moonrakers brings energy and movement through the venue, drawing guests toward the dancefloor.
