Named one of Australia's Top 50 Gastropubs, The Victoria is led by AHA Victoria Chef of the Year Brendan Anderson and has twice been awarded Victoria's Best Regional Pub Restaurant.
The menu is built around seasonal produce from Rutherglen and North East Victoria, cooked over fire with skill, restraint and generosity. It is food designed for the way people come to wine country: long lunches, relaxed dinners, special occasions, business meals and private dining.
The drinks list is proudly local-first, championing Rutherglen and North East Victorian winemakers alongside craft beer, regional spirits and classic cocktails shaped by local producers. Guests can explore the region through considered wine pairings, enjoy a glass of famed Rutherglen Muscat by the fire, or settle into the dog-friendly open-air beer garden.
Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, The Victoria offers full à la carte dining with table service in the restaurant. Bookings are strongly encouraged, with walk-ins welcome but not guaranteed.
