The Yarrawonga Powerboat Spectacular and Fair is back for 2026.

Hosted by Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism and Business, the Victorian Speedboat Club, and in conjunction with Moira Shire, this thrilling three-day event returns this April, showcasing the world's fastest circuit race boats reaching surface speeds of over 280 kilometres per hour.

The event features everything fast and exciting thrill rides and amusements, sideshow games, merchandise stalls, static displays, food trucks, a licensed bar, and of course, the main attraction: the legendary E.C. Griffith Cup.

Boats of any design can contest the Cup, as long as they are inboard and powered by a single automotive engine. Competitors travel from across the country to race, with a full schedule of races across various boat classes over the three days.
