Head north along the Hume Freeway and exit at Benalla (for Mulwala) or the Corowa Wahgunyah turn off, north of Wangaratta (for Corowa). Continue through Corowa following Federation Way turning left where it meets Riverina Highway (B58) on to Urana. Mulwala is 40km west of Corowa and Howlong is 27km east of Corowa.
From Sydney the trip is about 6 hours 30 mins. Head south along the Hume Freeway and exit at the Albury, Lake Hume, Corowa turn off and follow the signs. For Urana take the Wagga Wagga exit and follow the Sturt Highway (A20) through Wagga Wagga (85km) then turn left on Collingullie Jerilderie road towards Urana via Lockhart (85km).
Albury Airport is 28km east of Howlong, 58km east of Corowa and operates multiple daily flights between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and regional centres. Narrandara /Leeton Airport is located 81km north of Urana.

V/Line and NSW TrainLink run a number of daily rail services between Melbourne and Sydney and visitors can stop at Albury or Wangaratta and connect with bus services that link Corowa, Howlong and Mulwala with other regional centres and capital cities. Passengers can connect with the XPT Fast Train, VLine train and bus services at Wangaratta or Albury Station.
Bikes can be hired from Sports Power Corowa, Howlong Golf Resort and Urana Caravan Park.
